(Serve it Hot or Cold)
Some cocktails are born from careful planning.Others come together because itās cold outside, the juice aisle delivers a surprise, and the rum shelf is calling your name.
This one is the latter, and honestly, thatās where the best drinks live.
Cayman Carolinas Apple Rum PunchĀ brings together the warming spice of BetterGoods Cinnamon Apple & Ginger Juice with two standout rums from very different places: a rich dark rum from Grand CaymanĀ and a spiced rum from North Carolina. The result is cozy, layered, and incredibly flexible...just as good steaming hot as it is brightened with seltzer over ice.
Whether youāre settling in for a winter night or pouring something easy for friends, this punch adapts beautifully.
š„ Cayman Carolinas Apple Rum Punch (Hot)
This version leans into comfort, perfect for chilly evenings, stormy nights, or anytime you want something soothing but still grown-up.
Ingredients
6oz BetterGoods Cinnamon Apple & Ginger Juice
1.5oz dark rum (Governorās Reserve, Grand Cayman)
1.5oz spiced rum (Muddy River Distillery, Mount Holly, NC)
0.25ā0.5oz honey (to taste)
Instructions
Gently warm the apple ginger juice and honey in a mug.
Stir until the honey is fully dissolved.
Add both rums.
Stir and Enjoy!

Why it works:The dark rum brings depth and body, the spiced rum amplifies the cinnamon and ginger, and the honey smooths everything into a perfectly balanced winter punch.
āļø Cayman Carolinas Apple Rum Punch (Cold + Sparkling)
The cold version keeps all the flavor but lightens the mood. A splash of seltzer turns this into an easy-drinking highball that still feels thoughtful and seasonal.
Ingredients
6oz BetterGoods Cinnamon Apple & Ginger Juice
1.5oz dark rum
1.5oz spiced rum
0.25ā0.5oz honey
Chilled seltzer, to top
Instructions
Add the juice and rums to a tall glass with the honey.
Heat just a tad to get the honey to dissolve.
Stir gently to combine.
Add ice and top with chilled seltzer (about 2ā3 oz).
Give one soft stir and enjoy.
Why it works: Seltzer lifts the ginger spice, keeps the honey from feeling heavy, and turns a cozy punch into something dangerously drinkable.
Final Notes
Prefer sweeter? Lean toward 0.5 oz honey
Want it drier? Drop to 0.25 ozĀ and add more seltzer
Two regions. One juice. Endless cozy vibes.
Whether youāre warming your hands around a mug or clinking glasses over ice, Cayman Carolinas Apple Rum PunchĀ proves that great cocktails donāt have to be complicated, just well balanced and made with intention.
