Coco con Gas

As we head out for a trip to the Caribbean and warmer weather, I thought this would be a good time to post this cocktail. This drink is light, refreshing, and tropical. The best part, it is only 4 ingredients.

• Start with a shaker full of ice

• 2oz Coconut Rum

• 1oz Coconut Water

• 0.25oz Lime Juice

• Shake and strain into a Coupe

• Top with Prosecco
