Flamingle 2025 Original
The Countess Rose was the most elegant and complex cocktail at this year’s Flamingle — and it turned out to be a guest favorite. It’s soft, floral, and just a little bit fancy, with subtle layers of tea, citrus, and fruit that build as you sip.
It feels like the kind of drink you'd serve at a garden party or bridal shower… but with enough structure and depth to make it interesting to true cocktail lovers too.
Start with a shaker full of ice
2 oz Rose Gin
1 oz White Cran Peach Juice
0.5 oz Dry Vermouth
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Earl Grey Tea (brewed and cooled)
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
Shake and strain into a Coupe
Top with Prosecco

Flavor Notes:
The Rose Gin brings a light botanical base with a soft floral finish, which pairs beautifully with the gentle fruitiness of the white cranberry peach juice. The vermouth adds just enough structure and dryness to ground the drink, while the Earl Grey tea brings subtle tannins and an aromatic touch of bergamot.
Lemon juice brightens the whole thing up, and a touch of simple syrup softens the edges. The Prosecco on top adds effervescence and keeps the cocktail feeling light, crisp, and refreshing.
