Flamingle 2025 Original
The Hive Society was one of the signature cocktails we served at this yearâs Flamingle at The McNinch House, and it was the perfect way to kick off the evening. Light, floral, refreshing, and easy to sip, this drink felt right at home in the garden setting surrounded by flamingos, friends, and plenty of good energy.
Itâs built with quality ingredients, super easy to make, and just fancy enough to feel special without being over the top.
What Youâll Need:
Start with rocks glass with ice
0.5 oz St-Germain (elderflower liqueur)
0.5 oz Crème de Violette
0.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
0.25 oz Whipped Honey Syrup*
Stir and top with Seltzer

*Whipped Honey Syrup:
Simple to make: just mix equal parts honey and hot water. Stir until fully combined. For a little extra body and creaminess, whip it lightly before using. It blends better in cocktails and gives the drink a smooth, silky texture.
Why It Works:The Honeysuckle Vodka brings in floral notes that pair perfectly with the elderflower liqueur. The Crème de Violette adds that soft purple hue and a subtle floral vibe, while the lemon juice keeps everything bright and balanced. The honey syrup rounds it out with just enough sweetness, and the seltzer lightens it up so you can sip it all night long.
