🍹Lychee del Sol🌞

Some drinks just feel like sunshine the second they hit your lips, and Lychee del Sol is exactly that.

This one started as a simple idea: take the bold, earthy backbone of tequila, brighten it up with fresh lime, soften it with that smooth, floral lychee vibe, and finish it with a little sparkle. What came out of the shaker? Something dangerously easy to drink...the kind of cocktail that turns one round into three before you realize what happened.

It’s light, it’s crisp, it’s got just enough sweetness to keep things interesting..but still finishes clean enough to keep you coming back. Patio weather or poolside hangs, this drink shows up ready to flirt.

🌞 The Vibe

Think:

  • Warm sun on your face

  • Music playing somewhere in the background

  • That “just one more” energy

It’s got that effortless balance: citrus-forward, slightly floral, bubbly, and refreshing as hell.

🍸 What’s Inside

  • Start with a shaker full of ice

  • 2oz Tequila

  • 0.75oz Lychee Liqueur

  • 0.5oz Triple Sec

  • 1oz Fresh Lime Juice

  • Shake and strain into a rocks glass

  • Top with Seltzer, stir, and enjoy!

❤️ A Quick Personal Note

I wanted to take a second with this one.

This drink is bright, warm, and full of life...and it made me think of my grandmother, who we recently lost. She had a way of bringing people together, filling a room with love, and making the simple moments feel special. I have a feeling she would’ve really enjoyed sitting back with something like this in hand, surrounded by family.

So this one’s for you, Granny!

☀️ Final Sip

Lychee del Sol isn’t just a cocktail, it’s a mood. Easygoing, a little playful, and built for good company.

Make it. Share it. And don’t be surprised if it becomes your go-to when the sun’s out.
