As the heat blankets the Southeast like a hot, sticky beach towel you didn’t ask for, it’s time for a cocktail that doesn’t just cool you down, it transports you somewhere better. Somewhere breezy. Somewhere with waves crashing and steel drums playing in the distance.


Enter: Mai Oh Mai! 🍹


This vibrant, tiki-inspired twist on a classic Mai Tai is your go-to drink for beating the summer blaze, whether you're poolside, porch-swinging, or blasting your A/C like it owes you money.


🌺 The Recipe

  • Start with a fun, tropical glass full of ice

  • 2oz Rum (I used Botran, which is an aged, silver rum...Delicious!)

  • 1 oz Dark Rum (Cayman Spirits makes the best Dark Rum!)

  • 0.5 oz Triple Sec

  • 0.5 oz Orgeat Syrup

  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice

  • 1 oz Orange Juice

  • Stir all ingredients and enjoy!
